Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the eg333 website or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Account Creation, Security & Age Requirements
To open an account with eg333, users must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.
Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found registered under the same person, all of them will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential.
Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the eg333 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the eg333 platform, users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, operating multiple accounts, and any other form of unfair advantage-seeking are strictly prohibited on the platform.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Harassing or defrauding other members
- Spreading false information about eg333's brand or services
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and relevant legal action may be taken.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on eg333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount may vary in accordance with the rules set out on the platform.
Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request can be processed. eg333 reserves the right to verify any transaction, and processing may be temporarily placed on hold for suspicious transactions. Withdrawal timeframes vary by payment method — typically, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within a few minutes to 24 hours.
Separate terms and conditions may apply to bonuses and promotions. Payment details provided at the time of deposit must belong to the account holder; use of third-party payment methods is not permitted, and any such transactions may be cancelled.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Eg333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false identity information, or acting on instructions from law enforcement authorities.
Users may request to close their account at any time. It is recommended that any outstanding balance be withdrawn before the account is closed. Following closure, account data may be retained for a specified period for legal and regulatory purposes.
Eg333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
